E-Khatha modified Empty E-Khatha modified

Hi All,

I came to know that Jigani is not under Panachyat anymore, a new body has taken over and the E-Khata which was given last year 2015 is now modified again as per the rules of the new body formed. Not sure about this new body name which was formed.
I need to change this E-Khata again to this new version.
The tax paying procedure also changed, the tax has become little low but the procedure is now we need to pay in the Bank after taking the form/challan from the Panchayat office.
