I have booked site # 24 in Celebrity Galaxy.Kindly let me know, how much maintenance charges you have paid to the builder?

Dear Srinivasa,

The one time maintance charges need to pay during site registration. This could be 25K to 30K.

But let me tell you the current situation.
There are totaly 5 families are staying in the layout.
We are only taking care about Water, Street lights, Cleaning etc.
From builder side he is only taking care about garden & STP security.

So before paying just ask to builder maintaince for what all things.
